We plan to have an open gym Tuesday and Thursday for those still interested in post season tournaments.

Please contact us if you need more information.

Please bring a drink to practice.

Shorts and t-shirts preferred - no loose fitting clothing.

Head gear is mandatory.

Practice Good Hygiene:

- Have any suspicious looking skin rash, etc. examined by a doctor;

- Always shower with soap immediately after each practice or event;

- Wipe headgear down often with alcohol;

- Avoid sharing personal items;

- All cuts in skin should be cleaned and covered immediately;

Our club is a member of the very competitive Valley Elementary Wrestling League (VEWL), which consists of 32 teams.   Not all programs are as fortunate as ours and at times they may not have as many kids as we do competing on match day.  Therefore, we may end up wrestling our own teammates.
